BM&S Partner John Bieder to Speak at DRI Construction Law Seminar, January 23–25
Black Marjieh & Sanford LLP Partner John W. Bieder will be a speaker at DRI’s Construction Law Seminar to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 23–25, 2023. BM&S Founding Partner Lisa J. Black, who is the immediate past Vice Chair of this conference, will also be attending.
The 2023 Construction Law Seminar will share thoughts and strategies for advancing the defense construction practice during these challenging legal and economic times. The seminar will demonstrate how we, as insurance and industry leaders, and lawyers, stay relevant and successful as we represent our insureds, companies, and clients.
John Bieder will be presenting with Hillary Weigle, of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, based in Chicago, IL, and David L. Jones, of Wright Lindsey Jennings, based in Little Rock, AR.
The presentation will update attendees on significant statutory and case law developments that will have a direct impact on the handling and defense of construction defect losses.
