BM&S Partner Lisa Black Appointed to Board of Directors of New York Law School (NYLS) Alumni Association
Black Marjieh & Sanford Founding Partner Lisa Black was sworn in Tuesday evening as a member of the Board of Directors of the New York Law School (NYLS) Alumni Association. She will serve an initial term of one year.
“I’m honored to have been appointed to the Board of Directors for the NYLS Alumni Association,” Lisa said. “I’m looking forward to helping NYLS move forward with its alumni engagement and excited to have the opportunity to serve on the Board alongside our distinguished Alumni. Thank you to New York Law School and congratulations to the new directors and officers.”
NYLS Alumni Association Directors serve as representatives of the Law School and its Alumni, connecting valuable Alumni resources with the Law School administration, faculty, and students.
As a civil litigation defense attorney with over 22 years’ experience, Lisa handles property and casualty matters in both Federal and New York State courts with a focus on construction-related litigation, professional liability, premises, retail, and general negligence.
