In a complex, multi-party Labor Law case stemming from a construction-related accident, Sheryl Sanford and John W. Bieder were able to convince all parties to discontinue the labor law claims and cross-claims against their construction contractor client. Sheryl and John were able to procure the necessary documents that confirmed their client did not begin working at the subject premises until nearly two months after the subject accident. After providing plaintiff’s counsel with additional documentation, Sheryl and John were able to obtain a voluntary discontinuance prior to depositions and lengthy discovery.
