Black Marjieh Partner Lisa Black to Chair DRI Inaugural Construction Law Boot Camp

Black Marjieh partner Lisa Black is Program Chair for the first annual DRI Construction Law Boot Camp to be held on November 8, 2018 in Chicago, IL.  Lisa has helped bring together a dynamic group of industry professionals to share real-world applications and examples in this one-day boot camp designed for attorneys and claims professionals new to construction claims and the litigation process.

The compact yet thorough program will cover procedural processes and hurdles, legal considerations as they relate to risk transfer in multiparty litigation, how to avoid litigation pitfalls and practical solutions for problems common to construction claims. The agenda is constructed to provide a thorough introduction and refresher on construction claims.
