Founding Partner Lisa J. Black Adds Mediation to Practice

Black Marjieh founding partner Lisa J. Black is now a certified mediator. The firm will add alternative dispute resolution to the comprehensive legal services provided for clients.

“Our firm already implements cost-effective, resolution-focused strategies to serve our clients. The growing demand for mediation in our industry was my motivation to become a certified mediator. This will enable us to provide a new opportunity to serve our clients in a meaningful way and to provide volunteer mediation services to our community,” commented Lisa.

Lisa completed her training through the Westchester Mediation Center of CLUSTER Community Services. The certification meets the standards of the NYS Unified Court System’s Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Improvement Programs.
